Restored by Dolls In The Attic
This cape belongs to the Queen Of The Crown, the evil Rajjar. She's a character From the Galaxy Rangers, an animated serie that was broadcat in 1987.
The toys were released in 1988.
The cape is used, there is some "scratches" on it (see photo). The metal snaps aren't the original ones, they were added later.

Ceci est la cape de la Reine Rajjar de la série animée Galaxy Rangers diffusée en 1987. Les jouets ont été commercialisé en 1988.
La cape est usée, elle a des petits accrocs ce qui donne à la cape un effet un peu "bouloché" (voir photos) Les boutons pressions ne sont pas d'origine, ils ont été remplacé.
