Bio
Dr. Albert Ograbgo is a mad scientist. He proved his theory of an existing parallel universe creating an explosion bigger then the big bang, endangering not only his science-base on Texton but also trying to kill the Rangers who wanted to stop him.
He wrote Crunch 100, some kind of virus to maintain control over Sam even after the security program was activated to stop him.
