	Happy Easter!

	Check out CybertOOn's Cartoon Campaign over on Tripod (link updated to point to cybertoon.com - RB) . A good site dedicated to getting those favorites back on the air. You never realize how fast information moves on the internet until you see your own posts somewhere else...

	3 more weeks of classes and then it's back to full time work. Also, I've been invited to join my company's website development team this summer. So, if anyone would like to help out here in lieu of a cramped schedule, feel free to ask!

	We're back up!

	Betamountain.org would like to say "hi" to Mr. Robert Mandell, who graced the site with a visit during the first of April. In case you're wondering who he is, check out the credits pages...

	Due to the upcoming semester finals, we'll be focusing on basic tidying up around the camp. No major changes to be expected until mid-May. We're currently working on a message board for everyone to drop off their comments about the series and the site.

	Quick note: If you're here, then the DNS swap works. Betamountain's host server "Eagle" died this past weekend and we are moving into our new residents on the appropriately named "Vger.' Please excuse the mess, it should be straight by Friday. Stay tuned, there are rumors stirring around the GR series & this time it's not "April Fools!" 	The Character Guide conversion is complete! I'd like to tip my ball cap to Christian for the amount of work he put into creating the guide in the first place. If converting it was this mind wracking, I can't imagine actually putting it together from scratch. "Good work man!"

	BE AN EDITOR!!! Okay, after converting 164+ pages, there has bound to be some things that I may have missed. Please feel free to browse the character guide and send along any comments, additions, or fixes to [email protected]. Please include CHAR-GUIDE or something like that in the subject line. Be subjective and, above all, send the correction along with the problem. Thanks!!

	From the Ranger-L list, Ann has a new Galaxy Ranger website up at http://home.t-online.de/home/320010840541-0001/index.html. It's quite well done, and she's claims it's her first attempt at a site, but we think Mogul has been working some magic there. (The site will be added to the Links section later on (Hint Ann: keep on me if it doesn't show up soon :] ))

	THIS JUST IN!!!! The Cartoon Network will be running the Galaxy Rangers series, in it's entirety!!!! The scheduled broadcasts will begin June 1st and will be aired at 12:00 p.m. (EST) daily. WOOHOOOOOO!!!!

The above note got a small reaction from an unanticipated source, you can imagine my surprise at his surprise. I found out through this exchange that at the time he was working Hearst and Central Park Media to release the series in a collectible set. RabbiBob (talk) 09:51, 1 April 2018 (EDT)

	From the list, series writer Christopher Rowley will be in Southern California in April:

	".....In case any Southern Cal Rangers folk are interested, I'll be GOH at ConFurence 11 in Orange County next month. April 7-9th. First time I've been out there in many years. The Convention is at the Irvine Hilton at Orange County Airport. ConFurence is an SF con for animal loving fans and this is the year of the Dragon....'nuff said."

	Only 19 more characters to go. School vacation next week, so it should be a snap getting done. It's been an uphill walk between school, playing with the video card & SCSI drive, and work. That and the fact that the Sun is making a nice appearance lately. I'll be re-installing my OS (mostly due to getting new hardware and moving the old out), so this should be the last update for the week here.

	Does the name Queen Rajjar mean anything to anyone? I expect this is a French name for the Queen. I came across it on this eBay auction. Speaking of which, here is a quick search of the current GR auctions on [eBay].

	Finally, Happy Birthday to D.C.S. this month :)

	Been a little while since the last update! For a short while, the DNS wasn't resolving correctly here (though http://betamountain.org/ worked), but Chitaz nipped that one in the bud. As of today, the character guide is good from A to P. Almost through it all, 43 to go. After that, I plan to patch up a few holes I've noticed through the site and the onward to the Episode Guide.

	The latest word from our favorite Mel C. Horse, owner of the Ranger-L mailing list, is that the Mailing List directions are in fact up to date and working properly. Remember to give the directions a good reading before trying to hop on board, and when all else fails, ask one of us for help.

	Little quiet on the updating front. I've acquired an ATI All-in-Wonder 128 (32MB) video card & have been tinkering with it. Not too shabby of a card. It'll help out during the episode guide conversion by providing some opportunity for screen shots to accompany the descriptions.

	Finally, it seems that the mailing list instructions may be outdated, but we're not quite sure yet. Will update on the information when we get it. Our beloved Mel is on spring break (enjoy it!)

	Betamountain turns 5 months old today. Slowly growing :) With no advertising and manual search engine entries, the access log had these nice things to say:

	As it stands, the character guide conversion now runs from 0-9, A-M. Only 63 characters left until the episode guide conversion starts.

	Currently, all @Betamountain.org email redirects are offline. Sorry for any inconveniences. I'm loosing email too. And if that's not enough...Yahoo/Geocities (Geo-Who?) killed my [email protected] account this morning. For now, [email protected] can be used to contact me with for Betamountain info.

	Betamountain is holding a banner contest! CGfWiG & Fatima have been great enough to toss messages to the list in the absence of my working emails addresses:
