Bio
Brappo continues to operate as a crime boss on Tortuna. An ugly little guy, he is a collector of exotic art. Brappo is usually accompanied by his somewhat faithful manservant, Peters. He appears to have recovered from the normally fatal shock of touching the Poe Mutant Sensation doll. Also, in the words of Doc, he "owns New Jersey."
