Bio
Dr. Owen Negata was the leading scientist in the development of the Supertroopers. After his body was killed in Supertroopers, his brain was preserved and he became the Tactical Leader of the World Federation Board of Leaders.
Before his body died, Negata was a balding, elderly scientist with a thick German accent.
